McV attorneys Antonio J. Ramírez-Aponte and Melba Acosta-Febo have been invited to participate in the AIDA Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration Society’s (ARIAS•U.S.) upcoming Spring Conference to be held in San Juan.
During the “Law, Economics and Risk in Puerto Rico” panel Mr. Ramírez-Aponte will discuss opportunities in the insurance and reinsurance market in the island while Ms. Acosta-Febo will provide an overview on PROMESA and the status of the Puerto Rico bankruptcy process and the restructuring of public debt.
