Biography
Her main area of practice includes general corporate matters and real estate law.
Before attending law school, she worked as a corporate paralegal at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, a multinational law firm in New York. During this tenure, she collaborated closely with attorneys on a diverse range of corporate and financial transactions. Before transitioning to the legal profession, she worked as a summer analyst at Santander Bank and Merrill Lynch.
While pursuing her legal education, she was selected as a member of the University of Miami School of Law’s Inter-American Law Review, as well as a participant in the Startup Clinic. She also served as a judicial intern for Honorable Magistrate Judge Alicia M. Otazo-Reyes at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Additionally, she worked at a corporate law firm in Miami, specializing in cross-border transactions and real estate matters.
