Biography
Ms. Cirino is a licensed architect with more than 20 years of experience in project development. She has participated in all phases of development, from initial conceptualization, development, construction documents, coordination, permits and construction inspection. Throughout her career she has worked in several Puerto Rico and national architecture firms in projects ranging from residential, commercial, restoration, institutional to healthcare.
As Project Manager for McConnell Valdés Consulting, Ms. Cirino identifies sites for development and public funding opportunities. She is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
She served as Director of Construction and Financing for a hospital conglomerate in Puerto Rico where she worked in project management and was in charge of managing an approximately $20M capital improvements (CAPEX) budget, maintenance, and biomedical accounts.
Ms. Cirino-Marcano earned her Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute in New York.
