Act 174 Extends Incentive Plan on Amounts owed by Employers
Act 174 amends the incentive plan available to all employers who have outstanding indebtedness with the Puerto Rico State Insurance Fund, the Puerto Rico Unemployment Insurance Fund, the Puerto Rico Temporary Disability Benefit, and the Puerto Rico Social Security for Chauffer’s (Chauffer’s Insurance fund).
